Our People

Our lawyers have extensive experience in commercial litigation in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales (predominantly the Equity Division: pure chancery; and commercial and construction), Land and Environment Court, Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT), the Family Court of Australia, and appeals to the Court of Appeal and to the High Court of Australia, including many complex matters involving large sums of money.

Watson & Watson employ dedicated support staff who are committed to the firm and its clients and the provision of excellent services. In the last twenty years, we have had very little turnover of staff: for example, there have only been three personal assistants for Richard Watson (over 25 years) and each having served Richard Watson, Watson & Watson and its clients with exceptional dedication.
